Much of the product handled is cross-trade, meaning it neither originates from, or is destined to the UK, but nevertheless is moved under Carrier agreements and under Seafast's House Bill of Lading. This in addition to Seafast's own Temperature Controlled Handling Facility, makes for a unique selling proposition of a true end to end Cold-Chain. Seafast's Reefer Shipping activities cover Latin America, Africa, SE Asia and the Middle East. Seafast Cold Chain offer Reefer Container Shipping and Logistics on a global platform. We are the only company to have our own specialist temperature controlled facility inside the Port of Felixstowe, the UK's largest container port. After 7 years we are now ready to expand that facility, the plan being x5 its present capacity by Q2 2018. Frozen products are the most handled.
