Westfalia intralog was founded in 1983 and since then we developed our portofolio in the areas Road transport, Contract logistics and Sea freight. 100 employees are working across our Head office in Herford and 3 branches in Germany. Since 2007 we belong to the Plastic Omnium Group in Levallois/ France. Over the years Westfalia intralog successfully established itself as an professional logistic service provider in the market and developed into a leading provider of jumbo swap body logistics in Germany. Warehousing, Inventory Management, Procurement services and Supply Chain Management are the main pillars of our Contract logistics. The Sea freight team has got connections to all continents and organizes the FCL- and LCL-shipment together with all well-known shipping lines. Middle East, North- and South America and Far East are the main areas beside the rest of the world. In conjunction with the Contract logistics we provide import services including the customs clearance and documentation in the eastern area of Nordrhein-Westfalen with good connection to Bielefeld, Detmold, Minden, Paderborn and Gütersloh. The Quality-certificate ISO9001 and the status of an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO-F) support us in the day-to-day-business which is carried with professionalism and enthusiasm by our employees.
